Please mark your calendars for our annual Administrative Professional Day Conference hosted by our chapter scheduled for Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the College Station Conference Center.  This year will be a full-day event.

We currently have an APD Committee chaired by Jan McCoy and it includes five chapter members, but Jan and the committee will need some assistance in planning a successful event.

If you would like to help and join the committee, please e-mail Jan McCoy (jmccoy@arch.tamu.edu) and she will be glad to add you to the committee and let you know where you can help.  If you cannot help before the event, but you are available to help the day of, please let Jan know.

We are looking forward to another great conference, with three speakers, vendors and door prizes.  More details to come.

Thank you,
